Latin & Ballroom dances can also be performed in All Ladies categories, but they are mainly danced in pairs, consisting of a lady and a gentleman. The gentleman leads, while the lady follows.
However, you do not need to have a dance partner to start dance lessons. Our dance teachers take on the appropriate role during your lessons. There are also several students in the studio, and partners are regularly rotated throughout the class.
You also always have the option of choosing Ladies, Solo, where you can focus extensively on technique and footwork.
Your clothes should be comfortable and allow you to move freely without restricting your movements.
Tracksuits and T-shirts for gentlemen, as well as dresses, skirts, leggings and athletic shoes, are ideal for your first experience with any dance style.
If you choose Latin dances, you will need to get Latin dance shoes, both for adult and children’s classes. Proper Latin dance shoes are essential for learning the correct technique and footwork.
The cost of your lessons depends on whether you choose group or private lessons, as well as on how many classes you would like to attend each week.

Dance is for everyone!
You do not need any previous dance experience to start. If you choose to join a group class and have never taken dance lessons before, you will start in a beginners’ class.
Classes are divided according to level and age group, so that every student can learn and progress at the appropriate pace.
Children can start dance lessons from the age of three.
At this age, children attend Music & Movement classes, where they become familiar with basic instructions such as right-left, up-down, bend-stretch. They learn choreography and rhythm and gradually learn how to apply them to music.
Music & Movement is the ideal way for a young child to begin dancing, helping them build strong foundations in dance and rhythm and making it easier for them to develop their skills as they grow.
From the age of five and above, children can begin exploring other dance styles.
There is no age limit when it comes to dance, and it is never too late to start!
There are no restrictions when it comes to choosing a dance style.
Latin, Ballroom, Video Clip Dance, Salsa, Swing and Argentine Tango are just some of the options available. These styles can be combined to help you develop your dancing abilities to the fullest both in leading, so that you can dance with ladies, and individually as a solo dancer.
Through dance lessons, you will also have the opportunity to socialize, meet new people and make new friends — both boys and girls.
At our school, you can study dance professionally and obtain a Recognized British Qualification with the prestige of IDTA (International Dance Teachers’ Association).
You will attend both theoretical and practical classes, learning about dance history, general music knowledge and anatomy.
You will also be trained using modern teaching methods, developing your technique and learning how to create choreography.
This approach provides you with comprehensive knowledge and skills, helping you become competitive in the professional dance industry.
Yes. Private dance lessons can be fully adapted to YOUR schedule and individual needs.
With an individual dance program, you can see your progress even more quickly, as the teacher focuses exclusively on you.
There is flexibility both in terms of scheduling and in combining different dance styles according to your goals and interests.
Twice a year, we organize themed dance performances in a theatre, featuring all our different dance styles.
Our students, both children and adults, have the opportunity to perform on stage and present several choreographies.
We also participate in television programs, presenting dance material created under the artistic direction of Claudia Anna Stoja.
Three times a year, we operate as an examination center for the professional IDTA (International Dance Teachers’ Association) examinations, with an English examiner.
We also organize Dance Parties, giving our students the opportunity to practice their dancing with teachers as well as with other students from the school.
Our students also participate in National Dance Competitions, with group choreographies, All Ladies, Solo and Couples categories.
The entire building is dedicated to our dance school and has its own private entrance. No unauthorized individuals enter the premises, and security cameras are installed throughout all areas.
All of our facilities — both the indoor studios and the outdoor spaces we use during the summer — are specially designed and equipped for the safe and modern teaching of dance for both children and adults.
The elevator is inactive and disabled, so it cannot be used by children.
Because your children’s safety is our priority, at least two teachers are always present with them.
Dance is one of the best ways to socialize.
Group classes make it even easier to meet people, as you interact with different ladies and gentlemen, with partners being regularly rotated throughout the lesson.
Many of our students come from the surrounding areas, creating a friendly and welcoming community within the school.
Absolutely!
Dance is one of the best ways to exercise, as it engages your entire body. When performing a dance movement, many different muscles work together.
Each dance style challenges different muscle groups in its own way.
The best part is that, because you are always listening to music you enjoy, you never feel like you are simply working out. Your body is getting stronger and more active while you are having fun and enjoying the experience!
Our regular dance lessons last 55 minutes.
The exception is our competitive dance classes and Contemporary classes, which last 90 minutes, as they require additional warm-up and preparation.
For private lessons, if you inform our school at least one day in advance that you need to cancel, you will not be charged for the lesson.
For group lessons, classes are counted according to the calendar from each student’s individual starting date. Students do not all begin their lessons on the first day of the month.
For classes that take place twice a week, we count eight lessons from the student’s starting date.
This is an international and widely used system in dance schools and fitness centers abroad.
If you are unable to attend a group lesson but the lesson takes place as scheduled, it is counted normally among the eight lessons, even if it falls on the date of the next payment, provided that your attendance at the school continues normally.
If a lesson does not take place because of a public holiday, the next payment date is extended accordingly, meaning that the missed lesson does not count.
A transfer of dates will only be made if a student is absent for an entire month and has informed the school in advance.
In such a case, in order to return to the group, the student must cover the material they missed either through private lessons or by joining another group class corresponding to their previous level and footwork knowledge before the break.
By focusing on one dance, you may certainly learn more steps, variations and figures. However, this cannot be compared to learning several dance styles in combination.
Especially with Latin dances, the teaching methods are closely related and many elements are shared.
For example, if you learn weight changes in Rock ‘n’ Roll, you can later use them in the basic steps of Cha-Cha-Cha and Mambo.
Similarly, once you learn the basic Mambo, you already know the basic Cha-Cha-Cha — you simply need to add a couple of additional steps!
Therefore, learning one dance helps you learn the others.
Your body becomes accustomed to the movements, your mind becomes trained, and over time, the movements become naturally integrated into your body and easier to perform.
